Connection Inspection

We check stitching and fittings against the specified construction.

Packing Coordination

We arrange the belt and leash in the agreed individual retail pack.

Choose Your Hands-Free Leash Style

Develop a waist-belt set, add a bungee section, discuss a dual-lead arrangement or make the belt detachable. We’ll help confirm a workable combination.

Specify the Waist Belt

Set the belt dimensions and adjustment before finalizing the leash connection.

  • 2.5 cm width
A narrower listed belt option for a compact profile.
  • 3.8 or 5 cm width
Wider belt options provide a broader belt surface.
  • 60–120 cm adjustment
Use the listed adjustable fit range or discuss another specified range.
  • Detachable belt
Separate the belt from the lead where your product concept calls for it.

Choose the Lead Length and Structure

The lead and its attachment points define the complete system.

  • 1.5 or 1.8 m
Shorter listed lead lengths for a more compact arrangement.
  • 2 or 2.5 m
Longer listed lead lengths when your design needs more reach.
  • Bungee section
Add an elastic segment after reviewing its construction and dimensions in the sample.
  • Dual-lead option
Discuss a two-lead arrangement; added fittings and assembly can increase the minimum quantity.

Place Handles and Attachment Points

Confirm where the user holds the leash and where accessories connect.

  • Padded handle
Add a padded contact surface at the main grip.
  • Secondary handle
Provide another defined hand position on the lead.
  • Detachable handle
Use a removable handle arrangement where it suits the design.
  • Accessory rings
Add agreed waste-bag or water-bottle rings without confusing them with the main load-bearing connection.

Coordinate Webbing and Branding

Bring the belt and lead into the same visual range.

  • Webbing materials
Choose nylon or polyester, or review reflective and waterproof webbing versions.
  • Color combination
Coordinate the belt, leash webbing and stitching colors.
  • Print or sewn branding
Use suitable webbing printing, embroidery or woven labels in agreed locations.
  • Marked hardware
Laser marking can add a logo to compatible metal fittings with sufficient surface area.

Finish the Fittings and Retail Pack

Keep the component selection and packaging clear for the complete set.

  • Buckles and D-rings
Match the buckle and ring requirements to the intended leash system.
  • Hooks and swivels
Choose compatible hooks, swivels and stainless-steel rings.
  • Tags and clear bags
An OPP bag and hangtag can keep the belt and lead together.
  • Cards or printed boxes
Use the agreed private-label pack to identify the included components.

Check the Whole Connection Path
