Specify the Webbing Profile

Choose the dimensions and construction together with the hardware.

  • 2.5 cm width
The narrowest listed tactical width for a more compact profile.
  • 3 or 3.8 cm width
Wider options give the product a more substantial webbing surface.
  • Listed lengths
Choose 1.2, 1.5, 1.8 or 2 m to set the reach and handle layout.
  • Material construction
Select thicker nylon, polyester, abrasion-resistant or reflective webbing.

Place the Main and Control Handles

The grip layout is a defining part of the tactical design.

  • Padded main handle
Add a padded contact area at the primary grip.
  • Secondary control handle
Place a second handle at an agreed point on the leash.
  • Adjustable handle
Use an adjustable construction where specified in the product brief.
  • Stitching layout
Confirm reinforcement and seam positions around each handle in the sample.

Select Fittings and Attachment Details

Match the chosen components to the construction and required testing.

  • Heavy-duty hooks
Review the selected heavy zinc-alloy or stainless-steel hook design.
  • Swivels and D-rings
Add agreed connection and accessory points.
  • Quick-release fitting
Discuss its position, operation and compatibility with the full assembly.
  • MOLLE-style attachments
Add the specified attachment layout; extra components and sewing can raise minimum quantities.

Create the Tactical Color and Brand Identity

Use material color and controlled brand placement to define the range.

  • Core colors
Choose black, olive or sand for the webbing design.
  • Camouflage or custom color
Review the available pattern or proposed color against the sample.
  • Embroidery or woven label
Add a sewn brand detail; typical minimums are 200 and 100 pieces respectively.
  • Transfer or laser mark
Heat transfer and compatible hardware engraving usually start from 100 pieces.
