Choose the Rope Diameter and Length

Use the rope size and cut length to define the proportions and reach of your leash.

  • 8, 10 or 12 mm
Diameter options give your range different rope profiles; the hook and connection must suit the chosen size.
  • 1.2 or 1.5 m
Shorter listed lengths suit compact everyday walking designs.
  • 1.8 or 2 m
Longer listed lengths provide more reach in the product design.
  • Other cut lengths
Discuss a specific length when developing a different format; confirm it in the sample.

Build Your Rope Color Combination

The rope itself can carry a large part of your brand’s visual identity.

  • Solid colors
Select from the color card for a consistent core collection.
  • Two-tone braids
Combine two colors for a visible braided pattern.
  • Custom colors
Review the rope material, color match and order minimum before sampling.
  • Reflective yarn
Add reflective elements to the rope construction for a low-light product range.

Define the Handle and Connections

Match the handling details to the rope body and intended product design.

  • Rope loop
Use a continuous rope-style grip for a straightforward walking leash.
  • Padded or wider grip
Choose a different contact surface at the handle.
  • Adjustable or detachable handle
Add the specified adjustment or detachable arrangement after reviewing the connection.
  • Hooks and rings
Choose zinc-alloy or stainless-steel hooks, swivels, D-rings, O-rings and metal end fittings.

Put Your Brand on the Leash

Choose a location that works with a round rope body.

  • Handle woven label
A sewn label gives the brand a defined area at the grip; the usual technique minimum is 100 pieces.
  • Rope label
A separate rope tag makes the name visible without printing around the braid.
  • Hardware engraving
Laser marking suits the available metal area; the usual technique minimum is 100 pieces.
  • Printed hangtag
Use a removable card for brand information and product details.

Prepare the Rope Leash for Retail

Choose packaging around the leash shape and how you want buyers to see it.

  • OPP bag
An individual clear bag keeps each leash organized.
  • Paper card
A card provides a defined area for product and brand information.
  • Hangtag and sticker
Use the agreed tag and private-label sticker to identify the item.
  • Gift box
A boxed presentation can organize the coiled rope for a gift range.

Match Rope and Hardware
