1. Website Use

This website introduces our factory and products for B2B inquiries. Browsing a page or sending an inquiry does not place an order. A purchase proceeds under the written quotation and order terms accepted by both parties.

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate project information. Do not misuse the website or submit material that infringes another party’s rights.

2. Product Information

Product descriptions and illustrations help you discuss a project. The approved sample, specifications and accepted order documents define the product to be supplied, including materials, dimensions, colors, hardware, logo work and packaging.

3. Quotations and Pricing

We prepare quotations from the product specification, quantity, branding, packaging and delivery requirements. Changes to these details may change the price.

Pricing and validity: Each quotation confirms its validity and the costs it covers. Sample fees, freight, duties, taxes and any additional services are identified or agreed separately as applicable before you commit to those charges.

4. Design and Samples

We provide free design and 3D previews, followed by a physical sample after design approval. Review the sample and confirm the agreed production reference in writing before bulk manufacturing.

Sample fees and freight: Existing and custom samples are both quoted per project. Shipping is extra. The full sample fee is credited against your bulk order; sample freight is separate. Sample production usually takes 5–7 days after the design and sample arrangements are confirmed. Revision, cancellation and refund terms are agreed in the sample quotation.

5. Orders, Payments and Changes

The accepted order records the product, quantity, price, payment arrangements, schedule and delivery responsibilities. Standard orders start from 50 pieces; a 10-piece trial requires separate approval, may cost more per piece and depends on available capacity. Some customization methods and new molds have higher minimums.

Payments and changes: Payment terms are agreed in writing for the order. Tell us promptly if you need a change or cancellation. We assess work already completed and materials committed, then confirm the available options and any revised cost or schedule before proceeding.

6. Artwork and Intellectual Property

You must have permission to use any logo, artwork or design you supply. Tell us about any restrictions on its use before development begins.

We use supplied project files to perform the agreed design and manufacturing work. We do not publish customer logos, designs or project images without permission. Any additional ownership or confidentiality terms should be agreed in writing.

7. Specifications and Tolerances

We manufacture against the approved reference and agreed specifications. Any acceptable measurement, color or finish tolerances should be recorded before production. A change to a material or construction requires discussion and agreement; a sample is not a promise of performance beyond the agreed requirements.

8. Production and Delivery

Typical bulk production takes 15–25 days after the production reference and order arrangements are confirmed. Timing depends on construction, hardware, logo work, packaging, quantity and capacity. Shipping time is separate; expedited production is assessed individually and may incur additional fees.

Courier, air, sea and applicable rail routes are available. Freight, transit estimates, customs duties, taxes and delivery responsibilities are confirmed for the shipment in writing. Carrier or customs delays will be discussed as they arise.

9. Inspection, Returns and Refunds

Check the shipment promptly on receipt. If you find a problem, email us the order details, quantities affected and clear photos or other relevant evidence so we can compare the issue with the approved specification.

Resolving an issue: We review the cause and agree on an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement or a refund for the affected goods. Custom goods are not covered by a general change-of-mind return policy. Contact us before returning goods so the return arrangements can be agreed. Applicable mandatory rights remain unaffected.

10. Responsibility

Each party is responsible for its obligations under the accepted order and applicable law. Any specific allocation of risk or limits on liability must be agreed in valid order terms and cannot override rights that the law does not allow to be excluded.

11. Third-Party Services

Links such as WhatsApp take you to third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of those services.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

Please raise any dispute with our team so we can first try to resolve it through written communication.

Applicable terms: Any agreed governing law or dispute procedure will be set out in the accepted order documents. Otherwise, the relevant applicable law determines these matters; this website does not assign an unagreed jurisdiction.

13. Updates to These Terms

We may update these website terms and identify the current version by its effective date. Updates do not automatically replace terms already accepted for an existing order.
