Coiling and Packing

We plan a reel, tie or other pack arrangement so the longer line stays organized.

Choose Your Training Leash Style

Start with a webbing line, a rope construction, a longer training format or an adjustable design. Share how you want the product to fit your range.

Set the Training Line Length

Length affects both the product format and how the finished line is packed.

  • 3 m line
The shortest listed training length offers a compact long-line format.
  • 5 m line
An intermediate option for a training range.
  • 10 m line
A longer listed format that needs more space for coiling and packing.
  • Other lengths
Discuss a specified cut length; lines over 10 m should be considered with a reel or retaining tie.

Choose Webbing or Rope Dimensions

Decide on a flat or round construction before selecting the cross-section.

  • 1.5 cm webbing
A narrower flat line with a slimmer visual profile.
  • 2 or 2.5 cm webbing
Wider flat options provide more surface for graphics.
  • 8 or 10 mm rope
Round-rope options give the line a different grip and profile.
  • Material choices
Choose nylon or polyester webbing, nylon or polypropylene rope; cotton rope is assessed per project.

Define Handles and Training Connections

Agree on the connection layout and grip positions in the sample.

  • Webbing or padded handle
Choose a simple webbing grip or a padded contact area.
  • Adjustable handle
Use an adjustable grip arrangement for the specified design.
  • Rings and swivels
Add suitable D-rings, O-rings, swivels or stainless-steel rings.
  • Dual-head or adjustable layout
Discuss a dual-head construction or additional length-adjustment points.

Make the Training Range Recognizable

Use the color and logo placement to distinguish the product line.

  • Solid or two-tone colors
Select a color-card shade or coordinated two-tone arrangement.
  • Webbing print
Use a suitable printing method for the artwork and selected webbing.
  • Woven label or embroidery
Place a sewn brand detail on a compatible handle or webbing area.
  • Hardware laser marking
Use the available fitting surface for an engraved brand mark.

Keep Long Lines Organized

The line length needs to be considered in the packaging specification.

  • Reel packaging
A reel gives the line a defined storage and presentation format.
  • Retaining tie
Use a tie to keep the coiled line together.
  • OPP bag or paper card
Pack the agreed coil with product identification.
  • Printed box
Allow enough space for the line and its reel or tie in a private-label box.
