Existing Samples

Fee: quoted per project

Use an available reference sample to review its construction, materials and workmanship. Availability is confirmed when you inquire.

Sample shipping is charged separately.

Custom Samples

We make a physical sample after you approve the design and specifications for your leash.

Free design and 3D previews help you review the idea before sampling.

Full sample fee credit We credit the full sample fee against your bulk order. Sample freight is separate.

From Your Idea to a Physical Sample

We work through the design and sample details with you in three steps.

    Share Your Starting Point

    Send a photo, sketch, artwork or description, along with your preferred leash type and estimated quantity.

  2. 02

    Approve the Design

    We provide free design and 3D previews. Together we confirm the specifications, sample quotation and shipping arrangements.

  3. 03

    Review Your Sample

    We make the agreed sample, share progress and arrange delivery so you can check it before production approval.

Sample production usually takes 5–7 days after the design and sample arrangements are confirmed. Shipping time is separate.

If changes are needed, we confirm the revised scope, cost and schedule before proceeding.

Yes. We credit the full sample fee against your bulk order. This credit covers the sample fee; sample freight remains a separate charge.
Sample production usually takes 5–7 days after approval of the design and sample arrangements. Revisions may change the cost and schedule; we agree on those details before making changes. Refund or cancellation terms are confirmed in the sample quotation.
We use your design files to develop and manufacture your project. We do not publish customer logos, designs or project images without permission; any additional confidentiality requirements can be agreed before you share files.
